We had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful mountain views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us information about weather conditions and transportation. Parking was available and convenient. This hotel had the perfect location, right at the foot of the mountain, making it easy to access nearby towns.

We recently visited a hotel in the mountains and had a great time. the location couldn't have been better, as it was only a short walk away from the main attractions. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was free parking available , which made our stay even more enjoyable. the room was spacious and well-equipped, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

It didn't work very well and we had trouble using it most of the time.

The Novy Smokovec station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the whole High Tatra area. The location is also near the city center, so it's convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

The Greenwood Hotel in Vysoke Tatry was a beautiful building in a great location, easy to find and easily accessible by public transport. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was clean and had a well-priced minibar and a kettle. The hotel provided a great breakfast at a nearby hotel and even accommodated my milk allergy. The mountain village location provided a wonderful, refreshing atmosphere.
